Our Rehabilitation Division have an  exciting opportunity for dynamic and innovative individuals who are looking for a challenge, to be part of the newly developed Community Rehabilitation Team.

The service aims to provide bespoke, intensive and individualised care to service users living with complex, enduring mental health problems to enable them to live fulfilling lives to their full potential.

We have range of roles available including Community Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Band 4 & Band 3 Recovery Workers and admin.
