Recovery Pathways launch Arts for Good Health winter programme
The Recovery Pathways service, part of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH), is excited to announce the launch of its Arts for Good Health winter programme.
Arts for Good Health are a variety of free short wellbeing courses run across Manchester and designed for access to further parts of the community. They can be used as an introduction to our core service or as part of a move on plan.
The winter programme will run from January 2024 until March 2024. There are 11 courses on offer, including Make a Bird Box, Wellbeing Creative Photography, DIY Skills, and Ceramics.
Courses run for around three to eight weeks at differing venues across the city, with group sizes ranging from six to 12 participants depending on the venue.
We encourage referrals from services and self-referrals from people who meet the following criteria:
-
People over the age of 18
-
A Manchester resident
Places are limited and reserved on a first come first served basis. All materials are provided free of charge.
