On Saturday 23/10/2021, you may have incorrectly received a reminder for an appointment on Sunday 24th October which you did not have. We apologise for any inconvenience or confusion that this may have caused. If you have been distressed by this error, please contact your Care Co-ordinator or team at GMMH for advice and support. This does not affect any future appointment dates that you may already have.
