The Way Ahead - Help us choose our new name

Greater Manchester West Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is joining forces with Manchester Mental Health and Social Care NHS Trust, and as a result the name of the organisation is changing.

In future, we will provide care for people living in Bolton, Salford, Trafford and the city of Manchester, with specialist services covering Greater Manchester and beyond. We want to choose a name that is clear, and reflects this scope.

The WAY AHEAD is sharing ideas and inspiration - so please help us decide on a new name.

we have come up with the following three options:

  • Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
  • Greater Manchester Mental Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
  • Greater Manchester Central and West Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust

The deadline to make your choice is Wednesday 19th October at 5pm.
